He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Barklow Martine Sr. and Marguerite Idella Martine (Kuntz); his wife Penny Martine; his former wife Judy Martine; and his brother Jay Barklow Martine Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Amber (Mike), Todd, Tony (Barbara) and Tracy (Charlie); his sisters, Muriel (John) and Marcia (Larry); his niece Annie; his pet Maggie; and his close friend Terry. He is also survived by his grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
