Robert Wieland Obituary
The memory of Robert Wieland of Newaygo, Michigan, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Morris Wieland and Ella Mae Wieland (Setsma); his wife Kerry Renee Wieland; and his sister-in-law Kathy Wieland. He is survived by: his pets, Mylee and Buddy; his daughters, Roxanne Lynn Ketchapaw (Robert LaFountain) and Rachel Diane Wieland; his grandsons, Aidan Ketchapaw and Parker Dunn; his siblings, James Wieland, Barb Lilley (Terry), Judi Ostema (Tim) and Doug Wieland; and his stepmother Margaret "Peg" Wieland. He is also survived by friends, and animals.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newaygo VFW Post #4249 (45 Gene Fergason Lane, Newaygo, MI 49337).
