Fannie Bridget Aslin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2022, at the age of 100, Fannie Bridget Aslin of Newberry, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Maddix and Caroline Maddix (Derusha); her husbands, Robert Fitzgerald and John Aslin; her son James Fitzgerald; her siblings, Jessie, Frank, James, Leroy Maddix and Lola Davis; and her sons-in-law, Carl Belonga and John Chippewa.
She is survived by : her daughters, Maryann Belonga of St. Ignace, Diane Menzia (Jerry) of Aberdeen and Roberta Chippewa of Newberry; and her daughter-in-law Tina Fitzgerald of Cookstown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Per her request, Fannie donated her body for medical study to the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
