He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Wollam and Betty Wollam (Puckett); his grandparents, Cleo and Hazel Hammons; his brothers, Randy Wollam and Mike Wollam; his nephew Rhys Wollam; and his niece Chrissie Wollam.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Freed of Newberry and Michelle Connizzo of Monroe City, Indiana; his pets, Patches and Dwight; his siblings, Terry Gerber of LaSalle, Michigan and Tom Wollam of Ottawa Lake; and his cousin Kimberly Knaggs of Holland, Ohio..
