He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Stephenson and Mabel E. Stephenson (Collins); his siblings, Thelma, George, Edward, Melvin, Albert (Buck) and Robert; and his daughter-in-law Gini.
He is survived by: his wife Donna A. (Warner); his brother Francis "Punk" (Sharon); his children, K. Dale, Catherine M. and Donald J. (Chris); and his grandchildren, Colleen (Nicholas), Kelly (Adam) and Colin (Darcy). He is also survived by 6 great granddaughters and 8 great-great grandchildren.
