He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Hostetler and Lorene Hostetler (Krzyzanowski); and his brother Anthony Petrowski. He is survived by: his wife Annitta Hostetler; his children, Clayton Hostetler of Niles, Chaney Hostetler of Niles and Audrey Kelley (Ryan) of Niles; and his grandchildren, Haley Lewandowski, Nickolas Lewandowski (Rebecca), Deena Smith (Daniel), Douglas Lewandowski, Destiny Szucs and Taylor Szucs. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
