She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Walter and Grace V. Snyder (Lorance); her husband Vernon VanSandt Sr.; and her brother Martin Walter Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Grice (Robert), Veronica McCombs (Eric), Vernon VanSandt Jr. (Kim) and Whitney Miller (Brian); her grandchildren, Valli, Robert, Rebecca, Ashley (Nick), Jessica, Susan, Kaleb and Austin; and her brothers, Frank Walter (Peggy), Mike Walter (Laura), Ronnie Walter and Jeff Walter (Barb).
