He is survived by: his former wife Billie Jean Nichols; his children, Heather Anthony (Christopher) of Ponchatoula, LA and Jake Presley of Plainfield, IN; his stepdaughters, Destiny of Chicago and Jolene Neese of Chicago; his grandchildren, Alyxus Collins of Ponchatoula, LA, Kenneth Collins, Jr. of Cleveland, TX and Avery Presley; his siblings, Mark Moore of Nevada, Randall Moore and Cristine Vogelsang of Clarksville, TN; and his cousin Phyllis Russell.
