She was predeceased by: her parent Mel Bookout. She is survived by: her mother Lesley Bookout of Niles; her son Joshua Abbott of Niles; her brother Robert Bookout (Tricia) of Niles; her aunts, Susie Counts of Niles, Stephanie Anders of Niles, Mary Jo Hosack of Texas, Kathy Baker of Tennessee and Julie Klemm (Kerry) of Tennessee; and her close friend Peter. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
The family prefers memorial donations in Deborah's name be directed to Psi lota Xi National memorial fund, care of Sara Overway, 211 Princeton Lane, Logansport, Indiana 46947.
