We are sad to announce that, on November 23, 2022, at the age of 72, Edward Alcala of Niles, Michigan, born in Eagle Pass, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Cošme Salazar Alcala; and his brother Rogelio Alcala (Patti Russell-Alcala). He is survived by: his children, Alison Stevens (Shawn), Shane Alcala (Kathie), Rosa Lee Alcala, Virginia Alcala (Tim) and Eduardo Alcala (Heaven); his grandchildren, Donte, Tayton, Taylor, Kylie, Alyssa, Peyton, Paisley, Christopher, Jesse, Ashley, Taisha, Michael, Hazellynn, MaryJane, Delilah, Abigail and RaeLynn; and his siblings, Oralia Mitchell, Susan Payne (Stanley), Toni, Nettie, Mia and Frank Alcala. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
