Elizabeth Ann Miller Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Miller of Niles, Michigan, who passed away on December 5, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Ann Miller to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Roy and Julia Ruby Mayer (Cary). She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Lee Miller; her children, Jennifer Hoover (Lonnie) of Buchanan, Michigan and Jeremy Miller (Jill) of Spring Lake; her grandchildren, Jacob Hoover, Matthew Hoover, Ellie Miller and Emma Miller; and her siblings, Louise Miller (Larry) of Greensboro, Lynn Mayer (Jo), John Mayer (Janet), James Mayer (Martha) and Stan Mayer.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kaniewski Funeral Home (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

LMC's athletics office suite and their new softball field were both named in honor of Liz and her family for their contributions to Lake Michigan College.
