He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Smith and Esther L. Smith (Bowers); and his brother Jack Smith. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Linda Riland; his wife Linda Riland Smith of Niles; his daughters, Shelly Smith of Tulsa and Jill Smith Turtle (Jamie Turtle) of Niles; his grandchildren, Christie Turtle Moore (Sean Moore) of Niles, Catlin of Niles and Alexandria Turtle of Niles; and his sister-in-law Sharon Smith of Phoenix. He is also survived by family members and friends.
