He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cook and Marge Cook. He is survived by: his son Andrew Cook (Julie) of Niles; his grandson Logan Cook of Niles; his close friend Susan Cook; his brother Gary Cook (Diana) of Edwardsburg; and his cousin Katie Hanson of Portage.
