She was predeceased by : her parents, John N. Burch and Ila Burch (Weaver); her daughter Darlene K. Foster; her grandson Matthew R. Foster; and her brother Glen Burch.
She is survived by : her husband Richard W. Pelkey; her children, Sherry Crocker of Niles and David Pelkey (Dawn) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Tom Crocker, Angie Hoaks (Ron), Sarah Foster, Heather Grow (Jenny), Vicki Shuster (Dana), Amber Mullins (Bobby) and Aaron Szala (Elyse). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
