He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Blanche; and his siblings, John Womack, Doyce Womack, Estelle Hinkle and Loulee Kimmah.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Swartz; his children, Cindy Thornburg, Linda Wright (Kim), Michael L. Womack (Jana), Michele Burnside and Robin Storey (Roi); his stepdaughter Annette Beck (Tom); his grandchildren, Jennifer Zelasko, Jessica Moore (Rick), Shane Storey (Shannon), Shannon Nevins (Jared), Chad Wright (Kim), Josh Wright (Keli), Michael E. Womack, Paul Womack, Matthew Burnside, Michael Terry and Jimey Stover; his stepgrandsons, Nick Crouch (Emily) and Bart Crouch (Jessica); his sisters, Betty Skalla and Bobbie Brelowski; and his close friends, Maggie and Connor. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews.
