She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Russell Hart and Frances Hart; her husband Charles DeVall; her siblings, Bruce Hart, Dick Hart and Jean Spranger; and her sisters-in-law, Imogene Hart, Betty Kraus and Pat Hart.
She is survived by: her brother Wayne Hart; her sisters-in-law, Jean Anne Hart and Marie Miller; her sister Carol Shockley (Charlie); and her daughters, Lori Coyne (Brian), Susan Johnson (Mike), Melanie Sporner (Scott) and Nicole Carter (Roger). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lou Ann’s memory to the American Diabetes Association or Corewell Hospice at Home.
