Marilyn Seitz Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Marilyn Seitz (Niles, Michigan). Marilyn, born on June 17, 1936, passed away on July 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Karasek and Sally Karasek (Bradakis); her husband Darwin Dean Seitz; and her sisters, Carolyn Goodman and Karen Jean Gowan.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Seitz (Laurie) of Gainesville, Georgia, Kimberly Draugelis (Allen) of Centreville, Virginia, Stacy Seitz of Niles, Brandi Lynn Mayer (Roger) of Dowagiac and Andrew Seitz (Heidi) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Christopher Blair, Matthew Seitz, Carl Seitz, Steven Seitz, Macy Dwyer, Callen Seitz, Lucas Seitz and Zachary Seitz; and her siblings, Margo Younger (Allen), Eileen Houser (Ray), James Karasek Jr. (Pam), David Karasek (Cherie), Thomas Karasek (Lois) and Chris True (Dave). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
