She was predeceased by: her father Louis Eugene Sr.; her husband Fred John Wood; her son Michael Raymond Wood; her grandsons, Ryan Wetzel and Jason Bumstead; her siblings, Debbie Leak, David Merkel and Fred Merkel; and her sister-in-law Ruth Merkel.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Sue Woodruff (Gil), Lynn Renee' Bradford (Kirk), Kim Lorraine Wood, David John Wood and Michelle Lee Vogel (Travis); her brothers, Louis Eugene Merkel, Jr., Norman Merkel and Phillip Merkel (Jeannie); and her siblings-in-law, Ken Leak, Sue Merkel and Mary Merkel.
In her memory, donations may be made to the Niles Westside Seventh Day Adventist Church.
