It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Rose of Niles, Michigan, who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Phyllis farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Phyllis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Cochran and Lillian Cochran; her husband William Rose; her son Layne; and her brother Larry Cochran.
She is survived by: her son Gary (Cindy); her daughter-in-law Jennie; her sister Vivian Weaver; and her sister-in-law Joan Maxwell.
