He was predeceased by: his father Fred Worley; and his brother Randall Lee Worley. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Burge Lyons; his wife Ruby Worley; his children, Renee Fox, April Worley and Richard Allen Worley, Jr.; his grandsons, Collin Fox, Jett Fox and Wesson Senft; and his sister Dianna Heck. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles.
