He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Schieber and Ruth M. Schieber; his wife Theresa A. DelRegno; and his stepsister Mary Lou Marley. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Stamp of Union, MI, Ruth Preston of Niles, MI and Helen Vidmar (Guy) of Lithia, FL; his grandchildren, Amanda Hoff (Jason), Stefanie Tagliaferro (Todd), Ricky Preston (Shian Hahn), Roger Stamp (Kristin), Michael Vidmar, Malcom Stamp (MaRinda) and Carisa Preston (Jason Weber); and his great grandchildren, Niley Vidmar, Naomi Preston, Andrew Tagliaferro, Maci Preston, Reese Hoff, Ronin Hoff, Ryan Fear, Levi Stamp, Jase Hoff, Abby Tagliaferro, Cameron Stamp, Lila Stamp, Brixton Stamp, Ranger Nolan, Ellis Stamp, Mira Stamp and Lawrence Stamp.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stemm Lawson Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Center (1531 Cobblestone Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home (1531 Cobblestone Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514).
