He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard White and Allie White (Lowery). He is survived by: his sons, Michael White and Richard Harper; his sisters, Ruby Farnsworth and Edna Harris; his children, Russell White Jr. (Rene) of Parkersburg, Randol Harper (Connie) of Niles and Ronald Simpson (Dawn) of Niles; and his sister Waveline Fox (Charles) of Parkersburg. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and plenty of extended family members and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Greater Niles Senior Center or the Cass County Cancer Service.
