She was predeceased by : her parents, Larry R. Stephens and Shirley Covington Stephens (Covington); and her siblings, Robin Whitmire and Larry Richard "Rick" Stephens. She is survived by : her close friend Todd Holmes; her son Dane Holmes (Chelsea Duncan) of Van Alstyne, Texas; her grandchildren, Cambria and Rylin; and her brother Adam "Buddy" Stephens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
