It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon A. Hammond of Niles, Michigan, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Starkweather and Helen Starkweather (Kujawski); her daughter Kimberly Gustafson; and her brothers, Alan Starkweather, Ralph Starkweather and Eddie Starkweather.
She is survived by: her close friend Donald Ray of Niles, Michigan; her sons, Donald White (Joyce) of Anderson and Bart Bush (Courtney) of South Bend, Indiana; her stepchildren, Debbie Harbaugh (David), Jim Hammond (Billy Jean) and Johnny Hammond (Sheila); her son-in-law Thomas Gustafson of South Bend, Indiana; her grandchildren, Luke, Lacee White, Cory Richards, Tyler (Olivia), Samantha, Star, Cambree, Bryson Bush, Tiffani Felder (Eric), Codie, Brandi Gustafson, Derek, Dylan, CJ Hammond, Kayla Haley and Kyle Pierce; her great grandchildren, Elijah Bush, Faith, Grace, Hope Felder, Lillian, McKenzie Hammond and Cadence Haley; her siblings, Janet Grueger (Tim) of South Bend, Indiana, Gerald Starkweather (Paula) of Osceola and Carl Starkweather (Tanya) of Ohio; and her sisters-in-law, Dawn Starkweather of North Carolina and Wei Starkweather of Rockville, Maryland..
