He is survived by: his wife Sandy of Niles; his daughter Kelley Burks of Buchanan; his granddaughter Cheryl Warner (Andy); his great grandchildren, Cordelia, Winter, Lorrie and Agnes Warner; his brother Max Weaver (Nancy); his nephews, Domenick Weaver (Amber), Russell Thomas (Diane) and David Wineger (Tori); his stepsons, Jon Sherwood (Debbie) of Niles, Tom Sherwood (Sabrinia) of Niles and Scott Sherwood (Lynda) of Niles; and his stepgrandchildren, Ellie and Leighton Sherwood.
