William Schrader Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Schrader of Niles, Michigan, born in Wabash, Indiana, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil D. Schrader and Alice Y. Schrader (Schade); and his daughter Melinda Sue Norman. He is survived by: his former wife Janice M. Hays; his wife Jan Schrader; his daughters, Desiree Kay Mooney (Paul) of Bridgman and Angela Caldwell (Herb) of Bloomington, Indiana; his grandchildren, Courtney Rosser, Joanna Zuccaro (Johnnie), Christopher Wertz, Paul Mooney, Shawn Mooney and Jackson Caldwell; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Leo and Joachim "Jojo". He is also survived by animals, having a succession of dogs.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the church beginning at 11:30 a. m. Those gathering in the church are respectfully asked to practice masking and social distancing.
