He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford W. Reed and Nettie Marie Reed (Swarthout); his brother Clifford Hal Reed; and his aunt Mary Swarthout. He is survived by: his wife Donna Reed (Foulk); his children, Christine Reed, Gregory Reed (Laurie), Rodney Reed (Susan) and Bradley Reed (Shelly); his grandchildren, Travis, Drew, Cameron, Jonathan, Elizabeth Gail, Aaron, Anna, Ashley, Lindsey, Carley, Sarah and Nina; and his brother Russell Reed (Nancy). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions in his memory to Freedom Farm Christian School.
