He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chase and Norma Chase (Reum); and his siblings, Sharon Bossen (Steve) and Larry Chase (Linda). He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Chase of Coldwater, Debbi Swick (Bob) of Jackson, Scott Chase of Hillsdale and Josh Chase (Claude) of Virginia; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Reese; and his close friend Karol Booher. He is also survived by daughter than a granddaughter; three great-grandchildren.
