She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Locklin and Marion Locklin (Youngs); and her siblings, Gary Locklin and Sally Locklin. She is survived by : her husband C. Jack Lewis; her son Paul M Lewis (Cindy) of North Branch; and her granddaughters, Ashleigh Allen and Taylor Allen.
