He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mayberry and Rosemary Mayberry; and his brother Chris Dhooghe. He is survived by: his girlfriend Amanda Cline; his siblings, Thomas Dhooghe (Debi) and Vicki White (Duane); his nieces and nephews, Thomas Jr. Dhooghe (Nikki), Chris White, Tiffany Kreiner (Kevin), Heather Dhooghe (Michael) and Alicia Wagner (Matt); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kody, Aiden, Owen, Thomas, Cori, Karli and Kennedy.
