He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Olga M. Jacobs (Martin); and his cousin Tom Lyon. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Lecluyse; his children, Julie Drabek (Tom), Peter Jacobs, Jeffrey Parrish (Denise) and Jeremy Parrish; his grandchildren, Barbara Anne, Karen, Jack, Amber and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Hallie, Logan, Owen and Hunter; and his cousins, Peter Lyon, Margo Rogers and Debbie Crocker.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Blackburn Chapel Martin Funeral Home (4216 Huron St, North Branch, MI 48461). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Alzheimer Foundation.
