He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane "Cookie"; his children, Christine Bologna (James) and Asa Adams (Julie); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Chad, Chase, Carter, Blake, Michael, Emily and Ethan; and his sister Elaine Stephens. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
