He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Clark and Donna Clark (Laidlaw). He is survived by: his wife Rosann Clark; his children, David A. Clark and Christine M. Clark; his granddaughters, Sarah, Laura and Kate Clark; and his siblings, Larry Clark (Kathy) and Sandy McNulty (late Patrick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
