The family announces the passing of Janet Inez Worden of North Branch, Michigan on October 11, 2026. Janet, born on October 31, 1942 in Capac, Michigan, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Carroll and Neva Inez Carroll (Scott); her former husband Donald Jentzen; her granddaughter Cassie Jentzen; her siblings, William, Patrick Carroll, Sue Morgan and Lola Colby; and her son-in-law George Klauka.
She is survived by: her husband Leslie Worden; and her children, Deb Cynowa (Kevin) of Goodrich, Ken Jentzen (Denise) of North Branch, Stephanie Flores of Otisville and Tina Wilcox. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, 4 sisters, 1 sister-in-law, 5 brothers-in-law, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jansen Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services (4705 Pine St, Columbiaville, MI 48421). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Janet may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.
