He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Kozlowski (Kohn); and his sister Beth Bennett (Melissa Murphy). He is survived by: his father Joseph Kozlowski; his sons, Maxwell Michael Kozlowski and Alexander Rossman Kozlowski; his siblings, Bryan Thomas (Regina), Kim Thomas (Linda) and Jolene Kreiner (Paul); the mother of his children Amy Kozlowski (Stevenson); his uncle Ron Kozlowski; and his aunt Carolyn Cloutier. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Blackburn Chapel Martin Funeral Home (4216 Huron St, North Branch, MI 48461). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
