He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Forys (Weiler) and Stanley Forys; and his cousins, Bob Forys, Ron Forys, Tom Fowler, Gary Ihrke, Randy Tompkins, Tomm McLean and John Mallory.
He is survived by: his wife Linda of Lapeer; his daughter Marianne Forys-Nolan (Shawn); his granddaughter Molly Balabon of Attica; his close friends, Terry Everman and Bill Pozatek (Janie); and his cousins, Char Lauwers, Nancy Pringle and Barb Ramseyer.
