He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Palmer II and Georgia Palmer; his sister Patty Howard; and his grandchild Payton Hanley. He is survived by: his wife Diane Palmer; his children, John H. Palmer (Leslie), Todd R. Palmer (Sheryl), Paige L. Hanley (John) and Leigh L. Herbster (Matt); and his sister Chris Palmer. He is also survived by grandchildren.
