He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Kellogg and Pearl Kellogg (Miser). He is survived by: his wife Thea M. Mork; his sons, Curtis Kellogg (Amy Bona), Jon Kellogg (Sue Mello) and Mark Kellogg (Penny Spencer); his brother Timothy Kellogg (Priscilla Alfred); his grandchildren, Megan Henderson, Hunter Kellogg (Jillian McCardel), Ava Rose Kellogg, Tenley Kellogg, Jayden Erin and Adrian Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Lylah Henderson and Oliver Rees.
Memorials in Ray's memory may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church of Suttons Bay, Hospice of Michigan and the Northport Sportsman's Club.
