He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Holly Qualman and Heather Qualman (Ryan McCourt); his grandchildren, Atlas, Brandan, Kira and Molly; his brother Jack Qualman (Brook); and his nephews, Jack Qualman (Helene), Erik Qualman (Ana Maria) and Matt Qualman (Mary Alison). He is also survived by many cousins, grand nieces & nephews, and numerous friends.
