He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Louis Spencer. He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Spencer; his children, Jasiah Spencer, Mitchell Spencer, Sara Spencer and Zachary Spencer; his mother Nadine Escobedo; his stepfather Pete Escobedo; and his sisters, Janet Hershovitz, Ruth Escobedo and Danette McClure. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
