He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ernest Gnath and Norma Jean (Rende); his son Aaron Greaves; and his sister Linda Gnath. He is survived by: his wife Claudia A. Gnath; his children, Alex Gnath (Carolyn), Rebecca Sorrells (Russ), Talia Parrish (Heath), Stuart Gnath (Amanda) and Kelly Schwartz (Chris); his grandchildren, Jacob Gnath, Julia Gnath, Reed Watson, Josie Watson, Avery Schwartz, Dylan Schwartz, Eva Parrish, Wyatt Parrish, Mia Gnath and Jamie Gnath; and his brother Dennis Gnath (Jeanne).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hilltop Church of the Nazarene (21260 Haggerty Rd, Northville, MI 48167). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Carl's memory.
