He was predeceased by: his parents, Auther Cook and Mildred Cook; his son William Cook; and his siblings, Faye Sims, Doris Robertson and Eddie Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Cheri Hinkle (Tim); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Fierek (Trevor), Amy Cook, Timmy Hinkle and Saige Hinkle; his great grandchildren, Easton and Sloane Fierek; his sister Bonnie Cook; and his pet Buddy.
