He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Helm and Vera Helm; his former wife Amoret; his wife Judy; his sons, Benjamin Helm and Randolph Helm; his daughter-in-law Valerie Helm; and his siblings, Norma Hamlin (Dean) and Arthur Helm.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Helm (Marcella) and Kathryn Helm; his grandsons, William Hutson, Donovan Hutson (Lyndsay) and Matthew Helm; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Remington; and his sister-in-law Eileen Helm.
