Hay of Northville, Michigan, born in Windsor, Ontario, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Mathieson and Margaret Mathieson (Morrison); her son James Hay; and her siblings, Ann Conners, Dorothea Conners and Ben Mathieson.

She is survived by : her family Helen; her children, Ralph Hay III (Vicki) and Martha Auer (John); and her granddaughter Sarah Glenn (Dan).
