She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon G. Hale and Delia Hale; her siblings, Robert Hale (Shirley) and Donna Leedke (Jim); and her husband Frank J. Obey.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria L. Doehring, Rebecca J. Obey, Christopher J. Obey (Michelle), Jennifer A. Hartman and Anthony H. Obey (Lisa); her grandchildren, Andrew (Kelly), Alyssa, Alyson, Matthew (Melissa), Rachel, Ben, Brianna, Liz and Abby; and her great grandchildren, Adeline, Nathan and Lucas.
