He was predeceased by: his father Gary Myers (Claudia). He is survived by: his wife Kellie; his children, Morgan, Reagan, Karagan and Logan Sturtevant; his mother Joyce Lamon (Steve); and his brothers, Chad Myers (Angie) and Tim Baugher (Chelsea). He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family for the children's scholarship fund. Memorial contributions requested for scholarship funds for his children.
