He is survived by: his wife Shelley; his children, Niki VanderLeest (Rob), Andy Usik (Kassie) and Hayden Hall (Torrie); his grandchildren, Camryn Erlich (Brady), Zack, Tayte VanderLeest, Evelyn and Cora Usik; his sisters, Sandy Smithers and Peggy Williams (Mike); his mother-in-law Betty Foster; and his in-laws, Susan Hauxwell (Robert) and Marvin, Jr. Foster (Becky).
