He was predeceased by: his grandfather Micheal Yager. He is survived by: his parents, Eric Yager (Felicia) and Samantha Yager (Hulka); his brother Haydn Yager; and his grandparents, Tamara Sorenson-Yager, Lisa Griggs and Greg Hulka.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations of stuffed animals for the children at Helen Devos Children's Hospital, as Rylen loved his stuffed animals.
