She was loved and cherished by many people including: husband: Joseph Bailey; sons: Ethan Bailey and Henry Bailey; parents: Richard and Carol Dunning; mother: Jean Dunning (deceased); siblings: Cassondra (Jon) Wiseman, Jason (Kari) Dunning, and Peter (Kelly) Dunning; parents-in-law: George and Donna Bailey; sisters-in-law: Regina (Dennis) Pratel, Julie (Mike) Johnson, and Jessica (Jason) Milesko; and numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services (6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Tracy's honor to organizations close to her heart: Western Michigan Christian High School and Muskegon Christian School.
