He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmie Lambert and Chattie Lambert (Sammon); his stepmother Agnes; his son Charlie; his siblings, Eugene, Ethel, Mary Jo, Gladys and Billie Steve; and his brother-in-law Rick Hinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Nortley; his daughter Sandy Curtiss; his siblings, Tommy Lambert (Diane), Roger Lambert (Carol), Nora Clark (Bill) and Yonna Hinkle; and his grandchildren, Samantha (Matt), Jessie (Seong-Hee), Tyson, Travis, Camron and Tia. He is also survived by many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Norvell Community Baptist Church (204 E Commercial Dr, Norvell, MI 49263). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Norvell Township Cemetery (300 Mill Rd, Norvell, MI 49263).
